Julong News In Xinshanan operating zone, Machong Port Area, Humen Port, Dongguan, Guangdong, modern plants are emerging at the highest ever speed, which belong to Tianjin Julong Group. Project Manager of Julong southern China operation Liu Jincun proudly expressed that compared with the projects invested and constructed over the years in Humen Port, Julong’s project stood out with the highest efficiency and the shortest work progress, two-third the time it took other equivalent projects.
On May 31, 2013, Julong Group signed an investment agreement with Humen Port Administrative Committee, in which Julong planned to invest RMB 2 billion yuan to establish its Southern China-based oils and grains industrial base with a total site area of 16.7 hectares.The whole project is planned to be finished in two phases with the phase one project planned to be finished and start operation at the end of 2014.
Early in 2009, Julong Group had built up two comprehensive bases respectively in Tianjin and Jingjiang (of Jiangsu Province), whose operations include palm oil processing, logistics and trade. The Dongguan project marks another important step in Julong’s efforts to expand its strategic layout and meanwhile improves the industrial chain of oils and grains business in Humen Port.
The construction process of Julong’s Southern China-based project:
On May 31, 2013, Julong Group and Humen Port Administrative Committee singed an investment agreement, since when Julong Group has officially launched its Southern China-based project.
On September 18, 2013, the prospecting unit finished their prospecting work on rice land, banana forest and bamboo forest, which set the root for the following design work.
On September 30, 2013, the land backfill work started.
On October 23, 2013, the record-filing of the project was approved by Dongguan Development and Reform Bureau.
On November 12, 2013, the group executives inspected the construction progress of the project.
On December 10, 2013, the pile foundation construction was started, with the first foundation of the project laid.
On January 24, 2014, the project received Green Channel Card as a major construction project.
On March 1, 2014, oil storage tank field construction was started, whose foundation is under construction at present.
