Julong News (Reporter: Zhang Liping) On November 7, Tianjin Commission of Commerce held “Tianjin Overseas Enterprise Cultural Construction Experience Exchange Colloquium”. Deputy secretary general of Tianjin municipal government and director of Tianjin Commission of Commerce Liu Jiangang, and deputy director of Tianjin Commission of Commerce Li Shengli attended the colloquium and gave speeches. Chief economist of Tianjin Commission of Commerce Xiao Dong hosted the colloquium. “The Decision of Tianjin Commission of Commerce on the Nomination for Tianjin Overseas Cultural Construction Pilot Enterprises” was read out at the colloquium. The innovative overseas integration pattern and strategic thinking of driving company’s growth through cultural construction make our group become the only private enterprise that receives this nomination.

     In recent years, as the outward economic cooperation develops fast, the cultural construction has become an important way of improving competitiveness, influence and international image. Tianjin Commission of Commerce decides to set the year 2013 as the Overseas Enterprise Cultural Construction Year, and defines the theme of “enhancing integration with the locals, adhering to legal compliance, fulfilling corporate social responsibility, inheriting culture and friendship” according to the features of overseas corporate culture, which aims to promote the overseas enterprise cultural construction by summarizing the experience and methods.

     As the largest private oils and fats enterprise in China, Julong pushes on the localization operation in its overseas branch, and successfully creates the “Julong Pattern”. In the building of cross-cultural management team and the training of foreign employees, Julong has created a new way.
