Secretary of Tianjin Municipal Committee Sun Chunlan, deputy minister of United Front Work Department and executive vice chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Quan Zhezhu, mayor of Tianjin Huang Xingguo, director of the Standing Committee of Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress Xiao Huaiyuan and Chairman of Tianjin Committee of the CPPCC He Lifeng attended the meeting.
