Julong News (Correspondent: Wu Xiaoyun) On March 20, 2014 Dongguan working conference of Three Major Constructions was held by Dongguan municipal committee and government in the municipal administrative center. At the conference, the first batch of 28 newly-started major projects in 2014 gained construction permits, including Julong Group’s “Southern China-based oils and grains industrial headquarters” project.
At the conference, Xu Jianhua, the secretary of Dongguan Municipal Committee gave directions for Three Major Constructions in Dongguan. He stressed that around improving the rate of project signing, operation, reasonable time limit and production, the government should build a high-speed channel for project construction by optimizing project approval process and reducing the average time from project proposal to construction.
The idea of Three Major Constructions was put forward at the end of 2011 and aimed at speeding up the transformation and upgrading of Dongguan and breaking through its development bottleneck. It respectively refers to major projects, major industrial clusters and major scientific and technological special projects, among which the major projects mainly derive from the development planning, strategic layout and investment trend of a variety of enterprises such as Fortune Global 500 firms, central and provincial state-owned enterprises and well-known domestic private enterprises.
Julong Group, the domestic leading edible oils and fats company, owes two comprehensive industrial bases in China with the functions of palm oil processing, logistics and trade. The Dongguan-based project was Julong’s another important measurement to promote self-development.
After construction, Julong’s Southern China base will cooperate with Tianjin base and Jingjiang base, which will have an important significance to Julong’s domestic industrial distribution, whole industrial chain operation, and industrial status promotion. .
